Terms & Conditions

FARM ADMISSION

  • Online booking is advised. We control visitor numbers to ensure a good experience for all. If you arrive without a prior booking and the farm is at capacity, you may be refused entry.​

  • All tickets are none refundable. 

  • If you arrive at the farm without all your party, no compensation will be offered for unused tickets.

  • In the event of us closing the farm for any reason on the day of your booking, including but not limited to bad weather, animal ill health, or staffing issues, we will offer you a change of booking date or a full refund.

  • We reserve the right to change our ticket prices or withdraw promotions at any time.

  • All adults and children require a ticket.

  • Please arrive for your chosen time. Once in the farm, you may stay for up to 4 hours.

  • Tickets cannot be resold for financial or commercial gain.

  • Children under 13 should be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times. We have the right to ask you to leave if your children are behaving in a manner we deem inappropriate at any time.

  • Due to fire safety risks we are a no smoking site. Do not smoke anywhere on the farm. You may be asked to leave if you fail to comply with this rule.

  • We have the right to refuse entry, or escort individuals from the farm due to inappropriate behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to; damage to property, abusive language, aggressive behaviour towards staff, visitors or animals, intoxication, and not following safety rules.

VIP ANIMAL EXPERIENCES

  • Please note that unless otherwise stated, many of our experiences take place outdoors on farm tracks and in fields. These areas are not smoothly tarmacked and may be uneven or muddy. As a result, our experiences are not accessible for wheelchair users or pushchairs.

  • We reserve the right to refuse you participation of the experience if we feel it is a risk to your own safety. In this instance no refund will be given.

  • While our animals are generally calm, reserved creatures, they are still wild animals and can therefore be unpredictable. We have done our best to minimise the risks of accidents but unfortunately we can never completely eliminate this risk. Prior to the experience we will brief you on our health and safety procedures and it is your responsibility to follow them at all times. We cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur whilst you are on our premises.

  • Bookings can be made online, via email or by phone. Online bookings or bookings via email must be made 48 hours in advance but please feel free to call us within 48 hours for last minute availability.

  • Please be aware before you book your experience that we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind. We will try to re-book you at a later date if there is a genuine reason for not attending, at our discretion, but during busy holiday periods this may not be possible. A rebooking fee of £15 will apply.

  • We do not issue refunds due to inclement weather. We do run experiences in the rain so please be prepared to bring some wellies and wet weather gear with you. Although we wish it were not so, the weather is not within our control.

  • If we have to cancel for any reason you will either be offered a later date or a refund.

  • Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes prior to your allotted start time to allow for you to be booked in. In order to ensure our experiences run to schedule, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals and a refund will not be given.

  • If you have underlying health conditions then it is your responsibility to assess whether you are fit to undertake the experience. If in doubt please consult a medical professional prior to the experience.

  • Children remain the responsibility of the supervising adult at all times whilst on site. Please ensure they are capable of completing the experience they are booked for and ensure they remain under your control at all times.

  • We would strongly advise washing hands prior to eating food and leaving the site.

  • We reserve the right to refuse your participation if we feel you are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any allergy issues that occur due to not having been informed of them by you on booking. 

  • We reserve the right to vary the experience for animal welfare and health and safety reasons.

FARM MEMBERSHIPS

By purchasing membership of Frankly Farm Tours you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below:

  • All memberships entitle the holder to the following benefits:

    • Unlimited open farm visits during farm opening times

    • 10% off purchases made in The Farmyard Café

    • 10% off VIP Animal Experience bookings

for a period of:

  • Annual Subscriptions: 12 calendar months from the start of the subscription

  • Monthly Subscriptions: A rolling monthly period until cancellation

  • Membership discounts do not apply to special events unless offered specifically as a membership offer.

  • For the purposes of membership, the following definitions apply:

    • Farm Membership for One Person means an individual aged from 13 years old.

    • Farm Membership for Two People means all individuals using the membership should be aged from 13 years old. The named person on membership card should always be present.

  • All members will be issued with a membership card which will be collected from the farm on the first visit. Membership cards are will only be issued to the named person on the card and are not transferable. Where a two person membership has been bought, one card will be issued to a single named individual. The named individual must be present at all visits alongside the additional individual.

  • Members shall only be permitted entry to the farm during normal opening hours. The admission charge will be waived on production of a valid membership card. We reserve the right to refuse to waive the admission charge if the card is not presented.

  • Visitors aged 18 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Any membership cards that have been altered in any way will be void.

  • Membership cards remain the property of the farm at all times.

  • An administration charge of £1 will be incurred for the replacement of a membership card.

  • We reserve the right to reject applications and membership renewals at our own discretion.

  • All membership packages are non exchangeable, non-refundable and are not for resale. We are unable to make any refunds in the event of adverse weather conditions or any other foreseeable events which are beyond our control.

  • If any Direct Debit is returned unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honoured for whatever reason we reserve the right to terminate your membership subscription immediately.

  • Extra charges may apply for some seasonal special events. These include Springtime Fun on the Farm & Christmas events, however the list is not exhaustive.

ONLINE  ORDERS

  • Payment in whole, by credit card or debit card, is required before dispatch of goods. Once payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email to you at the email address you provide in your online order form.

  • Goods supplied by Frankly Farm Tours to customers remain our property until paid for in full by the customer.


E-GIFT CARDS

  • E-Gift cards bought via our online gift shop can be redeemed for purchases directly using the unique code. It cannot be used against alpaca experiences purchased via our main site or in third party outlets. The card is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. 

  • You can use the card in part payment for Products of a higher value. 

  • Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. Unused balances cannot be converted into cash.
     

RETURN OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

  • Frankly Farm Tours is happy to accept returns of unwanted items. All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase. 

  • A refund will be made to the card used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the product purchased. It is important that you return the products promptly so we are able to carry out the refund within 14 days of receipt.

  • We don't process returns for items that are returned damaged or defective. When returning items you will be responsible for the delivery charges and costs of returning the items to Frankly Farm Tours unless the item in question is sent to you damaged or defective. 

  • We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. In the event of failure to return any item to Frankly Farm Tours within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they am not sent back via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. 

  • Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded. Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at our discretion.
