What makes our Springtime experience different
-
We're a small attraction - our farmyard is compact and you can see all of our animals without needing to walk long distances.
-
You can get up close and personal with all of our animals, for a more intimate and hands-on experience.
-
We are not heavily commercialised - the focus is on the animals and our rustic setting.
-
We offer great value for all by keeping our pricing simple and accessible.

OUR LOCATION

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you have toilet facilities onsite?
Because of our rural location, we have a single composting toilet onsite. A baby changing mat is available to use if required.

Is the farm wheelchair accessible?
Most of the farm is accessible by wheelchair users, although some surfaces are uneven and may be more challenging in places. Assistance will be provided where required.

Can pregnant women attend?
Yes, although for safety reasons we advise pregnant women not to attend the Meet the Lambs sessions.

Are handwashing facilities available?
Yes, there are antibacterial gel stations around the farm and we have a warm water container and soap for washing after handling animals.

What clothing and footwear should children wear?
Depending on the weather on the day you attend, sturdy waterproof footwear is advised. Warm clothing is essential in colder weather. Some areas of the farm may be muddy, so clothing suitable for getting dirty would be recommended.
We're an adult-friendly attraction
Our owners John & Natalie often found themselves feeling slightly out of place at animal-themed venues, as the only adults there without children!
While we welcome families with open arms, we've also designed our farm to be a comfortable environment for adults without children. So you can visit us without feeling awkward or out of place!
No hidden charges!
It's always disappointing to pay an entrance charge for an attraction and discover hidden costs for things such as parking and animal feed when you get there.
That's why we have a single price for our Springtime Fun on the Farm event that includes animal feed and car parking.
No hidden charges.
Booking Terms and Conditions
-
Please note that this is an outdoor experience on farm tracks. These tracks are not smoothly tarmacked and may be uneven or muddy. As a result, our experiences are not accessible for wheelchair users or pushchairs.
-
We reserve the right to refuse you participation if we feel it is a risk to your own safety. In this instance no refund will be given.
-
While our animals are generally calm, reserved creatures, they are still wild animals and can therefore be unpredictable. We have done our best to minimise the risks of accidents but unfortunately we can never completely eliminate this risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any accidents or injuries that occur whilst you are on our premises.
-
Bookings can be made online, via email or by phone. Online bookings or bookings via email must be made 48 hours in advance but please feel free to call us within 48 hours for last minute availability.
-
Please be aware before you book your tickets that we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind. We will try to re-book you at a later date if there is a genuine reason for not attending, at our discretion, but during busy holiday periods this may not be possible. A rebooking fee of £15 will apply.
-
We do not issue refunds due to inclement weather. We do open the farm in the rain so please be prepared to bring some wellies and wet weather gear with you. Although we wish it were not so, the weather is not within our control.
-
If we have to cancel for any reason you will either be offered a later date or a refund.
-
If you have underlying health conditions then it is your responsibility to assess whether you are fit to undertake the experience. If in doubt please consult a medical professional prior to the experience.
-
Children remain the responsibility of the supervising adult at all times whilst on site. Please ensure they are capable of completing the experience they are booked for and ensure they remain under your control at all times.
-
We strongly advise washing hands prior to eating food and leaving the site.
-
We reserve the right to refuse your entry if we feel you are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
